Experience, live and work
FryeConcepts wants to bring an environment to life through imagination and telling stories. Our aim is that these stories are passed on, because everybody wants to experience them, see them and touch them. A placecan be interesting and entice you, but it should also be pleasant to reside in. An environment should be organic and dynamic, but  at the same time logical, functional and workable. Over decades the location retains its distinctive flair, because the consumer is proud of the location and enjoys experiencing, living and working there. FryeConcepts wants to gain full insight into people’s living/working environments and subsequentlyto convert the consumer’s wishes into a practical concept creating a story that appeals to the imagination.

Living
An area connects living, working and residingenvironments. Each areahas its own atmosphere and function. Frye Concepts wants to map the area for her clients, in which the target audience is very important. For which target audience are we developing and how this group tied to the city? What is their need and what features can we link to? What do we add and what remains for an ideal concept with enriched spatial quality? Implementationof the functions, needs and location factors in the area and/or building is essential to achieve optimal addedvalue in spatial quality.

Working
Buildingsare to reside in with various functions. Depending on the data we will get started. We always develop with the (future) users in mind and analyze their behavior, lifestyle, way of living, working and/or recreation. The consumer’s involvement (participation) in the development process also plays an important role and forms the basis for the concept’s development. Combined withexisting location factors a renewed concept is designed. How the building fits an area is also taken into account. The experience of the building in its surroundings, with its own infrastructure and functional requirements, will result into a workable and adventurous place.

Experiencing
FryeConcepts would like to achieve that the user’s needs of the environment are used to its full potential in their concepts. Therefore, we will immerse ourselves into the world of the user. For an optimal experience of an area and a building concept the consumer is essential. Involvement and participation of the user in the development process contributes to the optimization of an environment and an ultimate and functional atmosphere to reside, work and/or live in. Our real estate programs contribute to this by generating commotion, vibrancy and appeal.
